I have been using Andum homes to manage my property for over a year. It has been a good experience. My big issue was time. Trying to manage the short term renters, maintenance issues, and random emergencies was too much for us and was taking a toll. After a bad experience with the first property manger we hired, I was admittedly skeptical. 8 months later, Latrice and her team have put all my worries to rest. They pretty much take care of everything and are super professional. I would definitely recommend Andum Homes.
